The Joyful Health Story
Aubrey, a registered dietitian focused on faith-based intuitive eating and Kasey, a personal trainer with a passion for joyful movement met in 2017 on Instagram. At the time, both were writing their respective books on grace-fueled eating and joyful movement. One thing led to another and 3 years later the Joyful Health Collective was born!
Together with our team, we’re passionate about helping women trade complex health practices and paradigms that leave them stressed and obsessed for simple health rhythms empowered by God’s grace.
A Weight-Neutral, Non-Diet Intuitive Approach to Health
We teach women how to eat well, and move free by grace using scripture and researched backed, weight-neutral approaches to health, including intuitive eating, joyful movement, and embodiment.
We believe health starts with grace and ends with joy, and isn’t dependent upon achieving one body size.
Rather than offer “quick fix” programs or unattainable health recommendations that don’t work longterm, and often produce harm, we want to teach you practices and scriptural truth that will produce lifelong benefits , so you can experience the joy of the Lord in the body God gave you.
