What About Sugar Addiction?

Many of us have heard that sugar is bad for our health, and so we avoid it. But what happens when we can’t stop eating sugar or carbs? How does this affect our relationship with both our health and how we approach God in this struggle?

If you’re feeling confused about the mixed messaging of sugar, want to honor God with your food choices, and not feel uncontrolled around sugar, this episode is for you. Both Aubrey and Kasey have walked through the process of labeling sugar as bad, feeling addicted to it, to now getting to enjoy sugar as another part of God’s food gifts in a healthy relationship with food and with Him.
