Losing the Health Rules and Finding Grace

We are excited to share Audrey Isabelle’s story with you today. If you have ever been afraid of letting go of the health rules you’ve followed all your life but know God has something different for you, listen to the episode below!

What We Talk About in This Episode

In episode 16 of The Joyful Health Show, we interview a past Joyful Health Course graduate, Audrey Isabelle. We talk to her about her experience integrating grace and health and her journey recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea. As a former competitive soccer player and food blog fan, God turned her perspectives on health upside down. She now loves sharing what she's learned and encouraging other women to say "yes" to God's invitation to freedom in this area of their life.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Audrey’s experience with hypothalamic amenorrhea

  • How God helped her reevaluate her ideas of “good and bad” around food and movement

  • Advice for anyone considering the Joyful Health Course
